FAST 5 conducts business with Policies of Public Liability Insurance in place.

All persons entering the premises where a FAST 5 tournament is currently being run, accepts full responsibility for any injury, illness, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with their participation in activities at the premises.

Private Health Insurance may cover injury or illness arising out of or in connection with their participation in activities at the premises but please check with your own Insurance provider as this statement is not Insurance or Legal advice.

All persons entering the premises where a FAST 5 tournament is currently being run release and discharge FAST 5 and the organisation occupying the premises, its management, staff, volunteers, partners, sponsors and agents from any claim, suit, demand, expense or cost in respect of any injury or illness arising out of or in connection with their participation in activities at the premises.

Players and Spectators use the premises where a FAST 5 tournament is currently being run at their own risk, FAST 5, the premises occupant, its parent or any affiliates do not accept responsibility for any injury, illness, damage or loss from the use of these premises. Use of the Facilities Hosting a FAST 5 Tournament

Players and Spectators use the facilities at their own risk, FAST 5, the premises occupant, its parent or any affiliates do not accept responsibility for any injury or loss from the use of the premises. The use of the premises is subject to the following:

• Alcohol is strictly forbidden from the premises during FAST 5 tournaments.
• Climbing on fencing and netting structures is strictly prohibited.
• No food, drinks or chewing gum is allowed on the pitch/courts.
• Glass bottles are not permitted on the premises.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the car park, clubhouse, on the pitch area, along the corridors and any other area within the facility.
• Intoxicated persons will not be allowed on to the premises.
• Children under 16 must be supervised at all times by an adult.
• Players must vacate the pitch by the end of their allocated time without exception.
• The team manager and/or captain are responsible for all members of their team who use the premises during a FAST 5 tournament and must inform all members of the terms and conditions of use.
• FAST 5 reserve the right to eject any person(s) from the premises, without refund who do not adhere to these terms.
• No “commercial activities” of any/all forms are permitted at a FAST 5 tournament other than those conducted by FAST 5, unless otherwise authorised by FAST 5 in writing.
• These rules may be added to at any time at the discretion of FAST 5.

No animals, other than Certified Guide Dogs, are permitted on the premises.
